Meet Kyende

I'm Kyende Kinoti, a leadership facilitator and coach based in Paris with deep roots in Kenya and East Africa.

Over the past decade, I've designed and delivered leadership learning for over 300 professionals across 150+ organizations globally — from government ministers and mayors to nonprofit leaders and philanthropists.

My work spans contexts: young adult programs, civil society networks, philanthropic foundations, and international organizations. What connects it all is a belief that leadership is about mobilizing people to tackle challenges that matter — together.
